Job Description

We are hiring multiple positions for one of the nation's largest Telecom/ISP companies!
We are seeking Telecom/ISP technicians, Provisioners and Engineers ranging from Level I-III in the Broomfield CO, Littleton CO, Tulsa OK, Phoenix AZ, and Dublin OH

Operation Technician responsibilities may include:

  • Specialized technician working and managing complex assignments within the national and international network systems maintenance activities.
  • Serve as primary central point of contact for orders within the Network Implementation organization. Coordinates with various departments and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of service to customers.
  • Manages a variety order types and is required to continue to expand knowledge on new technology and complex order type.
  • Resolves network problems involving network hardware and software. Uses software and hardware tools to identify and diagnose network status and problems; conducts complex network monitoring equipment installation and maintenance activities.
  • The ability to provision complex Broadband and Ethernet circuits in various types of both national and international transport equipment.
  • Engages other technical assistance teams to assist with trouble resolution on install and re-groom activities.

Provisioner Responsibilites may include:

  • Designs and provisions customer, network, dark fiber, and collocation circuits including on-net and off-net basic routing network configurations. Creates layout records and maintains data integrity of inventory record consumption.
  • Initiates capacity requests and tracks for completion based on deployment commit date.
  • Manages individual daily workload in alignment with revenue and customer commitments across multiple orders, systems and processes.
  • Validates orders for information accuracy based on internal company product ordering specifications.
  • Assists in process documentation and provides training and guidance to new hires regarding processes, equipment, network architecture, and facilitates issue resolution.

Network Engineer responsilities include:

  • The Network Security Engineer II should have a complete understanding and comprehension of Security and IP Network functions such as knowledge in Security, MPLS, Internet, Ethernet, and Managed Services signal flow.
  • Performs tasks associated with the maintenance, installation and change.
  • Will be responsible for implementation and administration of network and customer managed security hardware and software, enforcing the network security policy and complying with requirements of external security audits and recommendations.

Any experience with Cisco routers and/or switches
CCNA or CCNP certifications
Experience with VPN
Experience with TCP/IP
Experience with BGP or MPLS
Experience with DWDM
Any ticketing systems
Any prior experience with telecomunications or ISP companies
