As a Temporary Administrative Assistant, you will provide departmental administrative support. You will act as the liaison between employees and various departments throughout the organization as well as outside clients.

Your daily duties and responsibilities in this role will generally include:

  • Answer phones and transfer to appropriate departments
  • Manage and review documents in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Update and maintain multiple databases
  • Run reports and keep records up to date
  • Maintain electronic and manual files
  • Monitor Outlook email inbox
  • Assist with special projects
  • Perform other various duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum three (3) years in an administrative support position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
