Interviewing Immediately - Should have an interest in apps, review work and escalating/resolving issues
Interviewing this week! Must enjoy apps and have the ability to review policies, make judgment calls and escalate/resolve issues!

Key Responsibilities


  • Cross-team collaboration to complete projects with aggressive deadlines

  • Leverage expertise to thoroughly review at app and developer levels and relaying pertinent knowledge to the team

  • Identify specialized violation types via multiple tools and collaborate with stakeholders and the scaled abuse team to keep the client product a safe environment

  • Escalation focused workflows from client stakeholders with a client focused mindset

  • Ability to identify gaps within workflows and processes in addition to providing input to relevant stakeholders

  • Recognize recurring spam trends from malicious developers that attempt to hide policy violating content

  • Should be able to deal with sensitive material including sexual images, child pornography and hate & violence


Skills and Experience


  • Knowledgeable in local contents (intellectual property), politics, history, etc.

  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree any field

  • Should clear basic English language proficiency test

  • Computer savvy, Technologically capable - especially web browsers, and data entry skills (able to run virus and spyware scans)

  • Ability to read and interpret text requests accurately

  • Proactive with a strong work ethic

  • Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills

  • Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team adding positive attitude and business focus

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment and implement change

  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate

  • Knowledge of the app industry

  • Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
