JOB SUMMARY

Vaco Technology is currently seeking a Tier I Support Analyst for a Direct-Hire opportunity located in Allen, TX. The Tier I Support Analyst will provide end-client support via phone, web, email, and chat. The Tier I Support Analyst will ensure that all end-client issues are properly resolved / escalated / administered. The Tier I Support Analyst will assist with setups, configurations, and troubleshooting of products and integrations with other 3rd Party products.

JOB REQIREMENTS

  • Helpdesk / Technical Support - Phone / Email / Web / Chat
  • Windows OS Support / Troubleshooting / Configuration
  • Network Troubleshooting
  • Software Support

PREFERRED (not required)

  • A+ Certification / Network+ Certification, etc.
  • SQL Scripting and/or PowerShell Scripting (basic-to-intermediate)
