Tier I Technical Support Specialist


Location: Allen, TX

Position Type: Direct-Hire

Hourly / Salary: BOE!

Vaco Technology is currently seeking a Tier I Support Analyst for a Direct-Hire opportunity located in Allen, TX. The Tier I Support Analyst will provide end-client support via phone, web, email, and chat. The Tier I Support Analyst will ensure that all end-client issues are properly resolved / escalated / administered. The Tier I Support Analyst will assist with setups, configurations, and troubleshooting of products and integrations with other 3rd Party products.


  • Helpdesk / Technical Support
  • Windows OS Support / Troubleshooting / Configuration
  • Network Troubleshooting - LAN / WAN Connectivity, etc.
  • Enterprise-Level Support (3K+ End-Points)
  • SQL Scripting and/or PowerShell Scripting (basic)

PREFERRED (not required)

  • A+ Certification / Additional Certifications
