Job Description


  • Provide Tier II end user site support for software and hardware and Tier 1 telephony support
  • Provide technical advice, guidance and informal training to support vendors and customers using hardware and software programs
  • Provide an escalation point with questions related to routine technical service and equipment problems.


  • A+ Essentials
  • A+ 220-602 IT Technician Exam
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study OR 4 year technical degree
  • 2 years of experience providing hardware and software support
  • 1 year of working knowledge of basic Telephony/PBX software programming
  • Microsoft Coursework Related to End User Support (Operating System)
  • Mobility Device Coursework Related to End User Support
  • Telephony Coursework Related to End User Support (Convergence, Telephony and Phone/Data)
  • Ability to travel to client locations around Indianapolis


  • This is a 3-month contract with a maximum hourly pay rate of $38 per hour
