Vaco is seeking Administrative candidates for a great client of ours in the Kennesaw area. This role is designed to support the Human Resources team with Time & Expenses as well as management with all duties as needed. The ideal candidate for this role is detail-driven yet understands the bigger picture and is a self-starter, team-player, and detail-oriented. This is a contract-to-hire role paying $17-$20/hr.

Job Duties:

  • Assist with all time sheets
  • Handle descrepancies
  • Perform detailed data entry
  • Assist with expense report processing
  • Assist with filing and detailed documentation
  • Maintain employee files
  • Assist with audits
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Able to interact well with a variety of people
  • Excellent communication skills a must
  • Numeric/10 key data entry required
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Very organized & detail-oriented
  • Able to juggle various tasks
  • Follow-through and attention to detail are critical
