As a Quality Assurance Specialistt, you will review contract documentation and phone calls to ensure quality.

Your daily duties and responsibilities in this role will generally include:

  • Reviewing documentation and phone calls for quality assurance and training employees on how to improve
  • Establish standards for quality assurance along with supervisorys and managerial staff.
