Discovery and Gap Analysis
o Prepare survey to share with stake holders in advance of scheduled meetings
o Collect surveys for review and schedule meetings with Stakeholders
o Discuss the training needs and requirements for each department This includes helping the team in evaluating current, relevant company resources to ascertain and document:
  • What training assets they have already developed that will be included
  • What training assets need further development
  • What, if any, training assets should be developed to strengthen the training curriculum

Deliverables
o Present a high level overview of proposed next steps to map out an effective onboarding, training and long term development plan for each department to include level of effort and proposed cost estimate.
