Drive and implement the development of the employees and leaders throughout the organization
Implement comprehensive employee and organizational training platforms through structured learning programs
Developing training schedules, plans, and updates and developing training strategies to meet future goals
Establish strategic goals and roadmaps for the training and development of employees and leadership by working closely with global network of learning experts
Liaise with various other departmental heads and managers ensuring proper execution of ongoing departmental training programs in order to achieve the desired results and ultimately improve the overall performance of the business
May develop training material, content and techniques for learning programs, with the collaboration of other global learning experts as appropriate, or by engaging and directing external resources
Monitors the latest and most applicable trends in training and development tools, technology applications and platforms
Conduct follow-up studies on all completed training programs in order to evaluate and measure results for key stakeholders
