Job Description

Vaco Atlanta has been asked to assist a fast growing investment firm in Buckhead to find a Treasury Supervisor. The main responsibilities will be to assess, monitor, plan and supervise the efficient utilization of cash and cash applications in a manner consistent with the objectives of the Company. Salary is $75,000-$90,000 depending upon experience. Please apply directly for immediate consideration.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Understand, manage, and supervise cash flow needs and bank balances.
  • Evaluate, develop and implement cash management systems to optimize efficiencies.
  • Understand and manage appropriate accounting procedures and processes.
  • Manage relationships with financial service providers including credit facilities.
  • Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues.
  • Manage, direct, and develop Cash Applications and Images staff.
  • Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements.
  • Provide technical and other support for mergers and acquisitions and other projects as needed.
  • Additional duties as needed.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • CPA preferred but not required.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years knowledge of cash flow strategy, banking, and financial instruments.
  • General knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements for investments and other financial instruments.
  • Knowledge of Sage software
  • Advanced analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced spreadsheet and modeling skills.
  • Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated strong project management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Interested in process improvement.
  • Willing to adapt quickly to quick changes in direction.
