UI/UX Designer

Vaco is seeking for a Junior/Mid level UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience in enhancing user experience and UI design skills. We are seeking UI/UX Designers with experience from a marketing agency and ability to work in a collaborative/dynamic work environment. In this role, you will drive projects through your UX vision of the website and creative user interface model. This is a role that involves collaboration between designer, marketing, and development teams.




Responsibilities:
- Interface with business stakeholders, clients, and sale team to gather requirements necessary to create/define UX strategy.
- Build interactive and user friendly websites with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Test target segmentation and actual results.
- Understand and incorporate user segmentation into website campaigns.
- Perform A/B testing on web pages to really know your customer.
- Create wireframes to demonstrate website prototypes and present to the development team.
- Build website navigation workflow including check-out process.
- Analyze and research new methods to solve problems.





Requirements:

- Seeking 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Experienced in Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, or other design tools.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Marketing agency experience is a plus.
