UX/UI Designer II

Join our design team as a contract Product Designer. We are a talented group of designers focused on delivering the best experiences for our customers. We're looking for a candidate who is passionate about design and innovation, a creative problem solver, and an advocate of beautiful and seamless customer experiences.


- Execute end-to-end product and marketing design strategy for multiple platforms

- Articulate complex visions through simple, elegant designs

- Engage with customers and learn quickly through iterative prototyping

- Push and evolve visual frameworks and patterns based on brand guidelines

- Collaborate effectively with other designers, business strategists, product managers, developers and researchers

- Solicit feedback and contribute constructively to design reviews

- Advance a strong point of view, backed up by customer data, design rationale, personal expertise and industry trends

- Participate in customer research and apply insights to generate designs that deliver customer delight

- Work on multiple projects at one time, using strong communication skills to manage time and expectations appropriately

Skills: Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in visual design, interaction design, or related field

- Deep knowledge of design principles and methods

- Curiosity and commitment to testing new ideas and innovating to drive business results

- Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator

- Mastery of design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Invision

- A passion for creating products that resonate on an emotional level

- Strong online portfolio available for viewing


- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or other relevant field

- Master's preferred or equivalent work experience
