Job Description:
Responsible for creating beautiful, effective and user-centered applications (both internal and external facing tools). Working with all phases of the design process, from concept to design production and working closely with a team of product owners and engineers to apply strategic design solutions.

We are looking to add a UX/UI Designer focused on designing and iterating on web and mobile applications. This role is focused on delivering high quality UI & UX solutions for the complex interfaces and workflows. A strong foundation in layout and design with a 'pixel-perfect' eye for design.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the UX enhancements and design refreshes with new brand guidelines
• Improve workflow and designs on responsive web applications and mobile applications
• Collaborate with design, product and operational teams to support the needs of operators (tool end users).
• Create and refine patterns that can be repurposed.
• Produce effective and well organized design deliverables ready for developer hand-off.
• Execute user flows, wire frames, visual design and prototypes to define and describe detailed user journeys, interface interactions and expected UI behavior
• Support and help lead research; interface and feature audits, user analysis, user testing, user interviews, persona definition, quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
• Articulate and present UX design concepts and solutions with clarity and efficiency
• Author UX/UI requirements providing experience and functionality documentation for developers and product owners

Requirements:

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in designing and iterating on web applications
• A strong command of design tools and prototyping software such as Figma and InVision
• A portfolio of UX/UI work that showcases your design process, problem solving skills and capabilities.
• Experience producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
• Experience with responsive design
• Knowledge of CSS / HTML
• Experience with testing tools
• A passion for designing data rich, complex interfaces supporting unique workflows (dashboards, graphs, tables, data visualization, etc).
• Desire for growth; familiarizing with the tools, users and their needs to solve complex workflows challenges
• Strong experience with tracking and management software tools like JIRA, Confluence
• Experience with entertainment, FinTech or eCommerce
