Job Description

Vaco Atlanta is seeking a VMS Support Analyst for a great company located in the Cumberland/Smyrna area. This role is designed to provide customer service support to hiring managers, and external vendors for the Services Procurement and Time and Materials contingent labor managed within Vendor Management System (VMS). Communicates ongoing issues through the appropriate escalation process and provides timely feedback and response to end users. Supports the Manager - Contingent Labor, assists in training and process changes, coping with end user concerns, difficulties and troubleshooting of VMS processes.
This is a contract opportunity with potential for permanent conversion and the pay range is $17-$22/hr depending upon experience.

Job Duties

  • 60% - Customer Support: Receives and reviews contingent labor request submissions daily through the VMS tool. Assist with internal and external inquiries as it relates to the VMS tool, and THD contingent labor policy/SOP. Reviews documentation and validates the VMS entries for accuracy. Consistent use of system knowledge and follows standard operating procedures to resolve customer issues
  • 25% - Technical: Provides resolution for technical issues and assists with training of new and existing end users (Hiring Managers and Suppliers). Works to improve overall process by recommending improvements to the Manager of Contingent Labor
  • 15% - Administrative: Supports resolution of organizational requests, understanding key workflow sourcing and workflow processes. Manages and prioritizes special projects when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required
  • Associates or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience
  • Technical experience in a customer service environment or equivalent
  • Able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally
  • Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in the staffing industry; familiar with VMS platforms
