Job Description

We are currently seeking Vendor Specialist to join our team.The candidates must be Technology-savvy with relevant work experience in ecommerce, customer relation, vendor operations and logistical management.


  • • Works closely with Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to onboard new vendors while coordinating efforts to ensure their needs/requirements are met or exceeded
  • Managing vendor relations to improve them operationally and help achieve fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Responsible for managing vendor performance and compliance through metrics and data analyzation.
  • Improve vendor engagement and satisfaction and enable scalability.
  • working directly with vendors to improve value, selection and convenience across their business.
  • Deliver timely, accurate and professional operational support to all vendors
  • Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures.
  • Train new vendor specialist
  • Stay up to date and connected with the industry trends and technical developments that affect target markets

  • Commitment to drive excellence in vendor experience.
  • Assist with the definition and design of tools, standard operating procedures and processes of Vendor Services.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in providing vendor facing service or software support preferred
  • Effective, clear and professional written and oral communication and attention to detail
  • Understanding of quality and metrics processes XML experience and desired Microsoft SQL knowledge.
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Fast and flexible to a changing environment
  • Attention to details
