Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Tasks (include but are not limited to)

  • Responsible for the architecture, design, standardization, availability, and the support of all cloud and physical infrastructure
  • Management of third party service providers in the delivery of projects and infrastructure managed services
  • Management of the ITIL based processes that support technology operations including change management, incident management, problem management etc.
  • Manage the day to day activities of the infrastructure services team
  • Work closely with helpdesk, deskside support, development, IT audit, cyber security, and program management teams in the delivery of IT services
  • Management of the team's budget and related financial processes
  • Management of critical IT general control processes, including user access management, segregation of duties, and other controls supporting SOX requirements
  • As needed, perform a wide range of system administration duties on core infrastructure, application, database, and other servers, including engineering, installation, break/fix troubleshooting, data protection and optimization

Desired Professional Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ Years infrastructure operations management experience
  • Expert knowledge in windows and infrastructure engineering with emphasis in server, virtualization, storage, azure AD, azure cloud and O365 services
  • Advanced knowledge of technologies such as SQL Server, Exchange 2013 / 2016, and Microsoft Intune, administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge of voice and network technologies and architectures including Cisco route/switch, SIP, firewalls, internet proxies, load balancers, and wide area networking
  • Strong, proven problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly analyze the most expedient method to recover business operations
  • Must be committed to a culture of continuous improvement
  • Experience in leading the data protection, disaster recovery and business continuity operations
  • Exceptional customer service skills, in addition to extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with users, executives and senior leaders at all levels
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
  • ITIL Foundations training preferred or equivalent experience with ITIL based processes.
  • Current Professional IT infrastructure/cloud certifications desirable
