TITLE: WMS PRODUCT MANAGER, supply chain Distribution (100% Remote)

SUMMARY: Large E-Commerce Wellness Organization seeking TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER to oversee Warehouse Management Systems, LMS & the design of next-generation products for online retail distribution systems.

PLEASE NOTE: ***MUST HAVE Product Management EXPERIENCE WITH Warehouse Management Systems, WES, LMS & Transportation Management Systems/Global Logistics/Shipping.***, this is a non-negotiable must-have.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Optimize current processes for HOMEGROWN, customizable, WMS/LMS software systems
  • Gather Technical & Business Requirements
  • Project scheduling, process management and plan creation
  • System performance optimization
  • Customer Demos, demonstrations and presentations
  • Constant communication with relevant stakeholders on project delivery status
  • Deliver internal & external product training on new feature modules and enhancements
  • Gather data & metrics to drive projects for success measurement
  • Internal and external data gathering, transform into tools for decision making.
  • Trend analysis of products to plan for strategic enhancements based on current usage
  • Organize project scope, definitions and expectations to meet customer needs based on technical and non-technical requirements.
  • Handle Product Backlogs, Manage user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Close collaboration with development team(s) to ensure proper reflection and definition of user stories, architectural organization into development sprints, project estimates, plan sprints, Scrum gatherings/retrospectives

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of WMS and/or LMS design and implementation experience, multiple years of this experience from a Product Management capacity.
  • Supply Chain System Solution Design expertise, (WMS/LMS/WES, Shipping, Global Logistics.)
  • Distribution, material flow systems along with Human Factor Interaction
  • Experience leading Business Analysis, Process Design and Software Development.
  • Strong understanding of WMS, Supply-Chain, WES, TMS, Shipping/Global Logistic Market trends for clear and concise competitive analysis
  • Proven track record developing expert product strategy to position products strategically.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and must work well with others
  • Customer-Driven
  • Experience as a WMS Product Manager for a Global Online Retail organization
  • Industrial Engineering background.
  • Bachelor's in one of the following: Supply Chain/Logistics/Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing.
  • NO C2C, CANNOT SPONSOR NOW OR IN FUTURE, MUST BE WILLING TO WORK FULL-TIME, W-2.
  • JOB IS 100% REMOTE BUT MUST LIVE AND WORK IN THE UNITED STATES.
