Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sustainable data driven solutions with current new gen data technologies to meet the needs of our organization and business Customers
  • Provide analytic observations and business recommendations, create reports on HR metrics to assist HR management in assessing the effectiveness of people management practices, including: recruiting, employee relations, performance management, retention, turnover, talent management, mobility, career progression, etc.
  • Ability to grasp new technologies rapidly as needed to progress varied initiatives
  • Able to breakdown data issues and resolve them
  • Builds robust systems with an eye on the long term maintenance and support of the application
  • Looks to leverage reusable code modules to solve problems across the team and organization
  • Utilizes a working knowledge of multiple development languages
  • Helps drive cross team design / development via technical leadership / mentoring
  • Understands complex multi-tier, multi-platform systems
  • Responsible for Workday report delivery by developing custom reports; designing, running and maintaining ad hoc queries; maintaining data integrity through consistent monitoring, testing and auditing of HR data; etc.
  • Provide consultative reporting support to both HR organization as well end user
  • Assist in training end users on the Workday reporting; develop and maintain user procedures, guidelines and documentation; assist in training new system users as needed. Assist in performing reporting system upgrades, enhancements and testing.
  • Identify and resolve report functionality issues. Continually research, test and stays up-to-date on all system updates and fixes provided by vendor.
  • Take the lead in partnering with HR and Payroll on the system upgrades/releases.
  • Performer in Workday report administration and system maintenance tasks
  • Ensures that our internal customers issues and requests are addressed within documented SLA's
  • Experience in understanding and translating the priorities of the business and integrating the HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related areas
  • Experience in one of the following: data stewardship/governanance, security admin, compliance, or auditing
