Job Description

A client in the Triad area is looking for a Workday HRIS controls SME to assist with controls design, implementation, testing and remediation in some instances from scratch. They will soon be moving from several HR systems including ADP to Workday. This is a hands-on contract opportunity with limited support.   • Be the hands-on coordinator and individual to support the controls implementation.
  • Responsibilities include design, documentation, and implementation of HR controls, including flowcharts.
  • Analyze processes and controls to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Performs control reviews, testing and implementation of Workday.
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting and analytics.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in transition of systems.

Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree in business from an accredited institution
  • CPA, CIA or PMP experience preferred
  • Prior Workday experience
  • Financial Services Industry experience in a plus
  • 5+ years of HR Controls development and implementation
