Job Description

Job Summary: Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Familiar with relational database concepts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.



Key Duties and Responsibilities:

▪ Use intelligent business applications to better engage customers, empower employees, optimize operations, and reinvent products and business models.

▪ Evaluates, recommends, and develops business process improvements and enhancements, including developing detailed workflow diagrams, charts, and project plans from concept through implementation.

▪ Architect, develop, implement & operate technical solutions following best practices and best leveraging Company technology investments.

▪ Operate technical solutions including off hours support for business-critical production support issues.

▪ Work closely with developers, product teams, business stakeholders & management to develop requirements, testing plans, project plans, training, release documentation and manage timelines.

▪ Coordinates and assists in supervising systems upgrades, conversions, and installations by evaluating and recommending upgrades based on business needs and requirements.

▪ Assess and communicate status, risks & deliverables.

▪ Engage in business & technical discussions and have strategic influence.

▪ Adhere to the system development life cycle and be responsible for time estimates for development efforts, and completion of deliverables within project timelines

▪ Other duties, responsibilities and special projects as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

▪ College degree in a Technology or Business field or equivalent field with 4+ years professional

experience.

▪ 2+ years of professional experience using or support of Yardi accounting/financial systems, property operational systems, or other systems related to the operation of a real estate management, development, or investment company.

▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

▪ Proficient in Company's computer programming platforms, operating systems, Yardi accounting database, word processing, spreadsheet, and PowerPoint presentations. SQL knowledge a plus.

▪ Must be able to travel.
