Supply Chain Administrative Assistant (Contract) POST NUMBER: 457738
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Supply Chain Administrative Assistant to support our clients supply chain operations for a short term project. This role will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the supply chain department, including data entry, reporting, communication with vendors, and coordination with internal teams. This is a short term contract role.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams.

Maintain and update supply chain records, reports, and documentation (e.g., purchase orders, delivery schedules, inventory records).

Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding order status, deliveries, and discrepancies.

Assist with tracking shipments and coordinating logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.

Prepare regular reports on inventory, order tracking, and supply chain performance metrics.

Help monitor and manage supplier performance and compliance documentation.

Support procurement activities, including quote requests, order processing, and invoice reconciliation.

Maintain digital and physical filing systems in accordance with company procedures.

Perform general office duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and handling correspondence.
Qualifications:
-
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in supply chain, procurement, or logistics.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Work Day is a plus.

Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
