Vaco is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to play a key role in optimizing ERP and Business Intelligence capabilities across a global manufacturing organization. This position will partner closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to improve operational agility, enhance reporting accuracy, and support data-driven decision-making.

- Partner with business stakeholders, process owners, and IT to identify, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate functional needs into technical requirements for ERP and BI solutions.
- Configure and manage ERP and reporting tools to improve business performance and data visibility.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL-based tools.
- Monitor system utilization, user productivity, and data trends to identify process improvements.
- Ensure reporting is timely, accurate, and consistent for internal stakeholders.
- Support ongoing ERP optimization projects, including process automation and system enhancements.
- Provide end-user support and training as needed to ensure successful adoption of system improvements.
- 5–10 years of hands-on functional experience with ERP systems (IFS experience a plus, but not required).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
- Proven ability to translate non-technical requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Experience supporting or leading ERP-related projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with IFS ERP System is a huge plus
- Project management experience within ERP or BI implementation contexts.
