Job Description:

Tired of cookie-cutter engineering? Crave tackling brain-bending projects that solve real-world problems? You're not just an engineer, you're a product sculptor, molding complex beasts into sleek, user-pleasing solutions.

Here's the deal: At our company, we don't build widgets. We build game-changers, and we need a mechanical maestro to lead the charge. You'll own the mechanical design from brainstorm to factory-ready masterpiece, ensuring functionality meets finesse. Think elegant solutions that wow our clients and blow their minds.

But hey, it's not a solo act. You'll be the conductor of an orchestra, collaborating with strategists, designers, and engineers to craft a symphony of innovation. You'll also be a Jedi mentor, guiding and inspiring your fellow design engineers to unleash their inner brilliance.

What makes you the perfect fit?
  • 10 years of design experience: You've seen it all, from napkin sketches to production nightmares. You're battle-tested and ready to conquer.
  • Engineering degree: You speak the language of gears and gizmos. Your brain is a beautiful blend of science and magic.
  • CAD master: Onshape, Solidworks, Creo? You name it, you tame it. 3D models are your playground. ?
  • FEA and CFD whiz: You can bend the laws of physics (virtually, of course). Stress and flow are your allies. ?
  • DFM guru: You know how to design for manufacturing like a boss. Plastic, metal, it's all your canvas.
  • Bonus points: Managed teams? Nailed the NPI process? Worked in an agency? We love a well-rounded hero.

And the best part? We're Nashville-based, but flexible work is our jam. As long as you can join us for key meetings and prototyping sessions, you're free to rock your own rhythm.

P.S. We're constantly improving, and you can be a part of that. Help us build even better ways of working, one innovative idea at a time.
