Accounts Payable Clerk – Onsite Opportunity
We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a collaborative accounting team and help keep financial operations running smoothly. This role involves hands-on processing, vendor coordination, and team support within a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Mail Handling

Collect and sort incoming mail daily

Scan and distribute correspondence to the appropriate team members
Purchase Orders & Payment Requests

Route PO and payment request documents to the correct AP team members
-
Locate corresponding invoices, convert them to PDFs as needed, and forward them to AP processors
Invoice & Payment Processing
-
Process FedEx and UPS invoices across multiple entities using Jira
-
Process legal invoices within Jira
Vendor & Statement Management
-
Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on missing invoices

Conduct weekly reviews and updates of national statements in SharePoint
Team Support & Collaboration

Assist the AP team with invoice and statement-related tasks in Jira
-
Support colleagues with check preparation (folding, stuffing, sealing, and stamping) when needed

Participate in special projects as assigned
What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience working in Accounts Payable or a related administrative/accounting role

Comfort working with digital tools such as Jira, SharePoint, and document management systems
-
A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
