 Senior Construction Recruiter
Location:  Nashville, TN 37212
Job Type: Direct Hire

Our client is seeking to add a Senior Construction Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on identifying and retaining top talent for our construction teams. The ideal candidate will bring immediate value, ideally with construction recruiting experience, but agency experience is also welcomed.

Why This Role Exists:
The current recruiter is leaving to care for a family member, creating an urgent need for this position. We are looking for someone who can start ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit top construction talent across field and office roles.

  • Lead employer branding initiatives to attract quality candidates.

  • Coordinate interview logistics, including jobsite visits, virtual interviews, and travel arrangements.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: prescreens, interviews, reference checks, and offer coordination.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between candidates and construction leadership.

  • Maintain candidate engagement and communication from initial contact through onboarding.

  • Assist with onboarding, including document collection, safety orientations, and first-day introductions.

  • Represent at job fairs, trade schools, and workforce development events.

  • Utilize Paycor Recruiting ATS to track candidates, maintain records, and ensure compliance.

  • Maintain knowledge of construction labor market trends, wage benchmarks, and certification requirements.

  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience in the construction industry (5–10 years preferred).

  • Proven experience recruiting for construction roles (carpenters, project managers, equipment operators, laborers, etc.).

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn, and Indeed.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field is helpful but not required.

Schedule & Work Hours:

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible start times).
  • Fully Oniste in Nashville

Hiring Process:

  • 1 virtual interview 1 in-person panel interview.

  • Background and drug screening required.

Start Date: ASAP
