Manager of Corporate Reporting

Our client, a dynamic and growing organization, is seeking a Manager of Corporate Reporting to join their accounting and finance team. This position will play a key role in overseeing the preparation and analysis of consolidated financial statements, management reports, and external reporting packages, while also supporting technical accounting initiatives and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of U.S. GAAP financial statements and ensure accuracy across all reporting deliverables

  • Manage monthly internal reporting and quarterly external packages for submission to banks and lenders

  • Prepare consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements across multiple business units and regions

  • Monitor reporting systems to ensure consistent and accurate GL classifications

  • Perform financial and variance analysis on Balance Sheet and Income Statement results, providing insights to senior management

  • Support the annual external audit process, including coordination of schedules and deliverables

  • Participate in the monthly close process, ensuring timely and accurate results

  • Research and implement technical accounting guidance and policy updates

  • Identify and drive process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and strengthen internal controls

  • Partner with cross-functional teams on special projects, transactions, and ad-hoc reporting

  • Oversee and coordinate project teams to ensure timely execution of key company initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required

  • CPA preferred

  • 3–5 years of financial reporting experience, ideally with a mix of Big 4 public accounting and corporate industry experience

  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Advanced Excel skills (experience with large data sets and complex formulas)

  • Experience with FCCS and Oracle ERP systems a plus
