Location: New York, NY
Salary: $120,000-$140,000 bonus
Primary Responsibilities
? Collaborate with senior coverage officers to build mindshare and raise capital from leading institutional investors, including pensions, endowments, foundations, family offices and insurance companies
? Further develop the network by identifying uncovered accounts and executing a relationship cultivation strategy
? Contribute to pitches and broader firm initiatives
? Effectively position company's mandates to investors to successfully secure capital commitments
? Investor tracking, acting as junior relationship manager on accounts with room to grow into an account manager
? Helping to prepare landscapes across various strategies
? Preparing and maintaining fundraising tracking reports
? Review LP briefing notes to ensure GPs are best positioned for LP meetings
? Developing relationships / credibility within client and investor network (peers and above)
Core Competencies
? Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships of trust
? High level of attention to detail required across all materials
? High level of organization skill, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
? Strong English writing skills with ability to produce precise and thoughtful written content
Desired Experience
? 2 years of relevant work experience
? 3.5 GPA or higher
? Exposure to fundraising industry is preferred, or exposure to investors in a prior sales role
? SIE, Series 63, and Series 79 is preferred
