Mid-Level Product Analyst | Nashville, TN (Hybrid Onsite)
6 Month Contract-to-Hire
Compensation: $37 per hour
A large, well-established healthcare organization is hiring a Mid-Level Product Analyst to support a nurse-navigation application that analyzes EMR-sourced data to identify eligible patients. This role is highly technical and data-focused. It is not a traditional Business Analyst position.
Hybrid: Onsite two days per week after ramp-up (four days per week onsite during the first month)
Start Date: ASAP after background, credit, and drug screen
Duration: Six month contract-to-hire
Hiring Manager: Director of Care Management Applications
Role Overview:
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the application and its data rules
• Validate data flows and troubleshoot patient eligibility logic
• Perform SQL-driven analysis, data discovery, and root-cause investigations
• Ensure accurate volume identification and explainability for internal nursing users
Top Skills Needed:
• Strong data analysis skills, including SQL
• EMR or HL7 experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required
Interview Process:
• First interview: Virtual with hiring manager
• Second interview: Virtual or onsite panel with Product Analyst team
• Third interview: Virtual with the AVP
