Position Summary
Provide business process and application expertise in delivering systems and services across the organization, with a strong focus on the Oracle applications platform. Ensure that information service delivery aligns with business and manufacturing requirements to support, enhance, and continuously improve systems and processes. Lead projects that drive fast, business-focused process and technology solutions, while developing a broad understanding of business operations across finance, manufacturing, supply chain, sales & marketing, human resources, and reporting & analytics. Foster a culture centered on value creation, quality, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure alignment of IT and business strategies while managing people, processes, and technology to deliver effective, business-driven solutions.

Build strong working relationships with functional business and manufacturing teams.

Serve as a subject matter expert for applications and business processes.

Support and monitor systems, applications, and processes to ensure integrity, reliability, and performance.

Manage technology utilization for business process engineering, continuous improvement, and elimination of non-value-added activities.

Ensure projects have documented objectives, requirements, budgets, and timelines.

Evaluate requests for application and system enhancements to understand impacts on existing and planned resources and activities.

Coordinate and lead testing efforts for application, system, and process upgrades to keep pace with business needs, technology updates, and evolving conditions.

Manage strategic relationships with internal and external service and support providers.

Help define policies, procedures, and standards for business applications, systems, and processes.
-
Provide planning, consulting, and advisory services to business and operational functions.
-
Assist users in identifying and defining application and business process requirements.
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with business and work-process owners.
-
Lead implementations of new business applications, processes, and systems.
-
Provide clear communication and education for business stakeholders and IT service providers.

Establish and enforce standards for IT applications, systems, and processes.
-
Maintain awareness of current technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate.

Prepare project reports documenting scope, benefits, resource needs, and cost analysis.

Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans remain current and effective.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by IT leadership.
Specialized/Technical Knowledge & Required Skills
-
BS in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related business/technical discipline.
-
Experience with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion implementation and support.
-
Demonstrated experience developing, analyzing, and implementing business processes and technology systems.
-
Strong project management experience (PMI and/or Six Sigma certifications are a plus).

Strong customer service orientation.
-
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-
Broad understanding of general business and management practices.
-
Solid technical foundation with strong SQL skills.
-
Experience with integration development, SharePoint, Azure Integration Services, and EDI services.
