Key Responsibilities

Manage, maintain, and enhance integrations with critical third-party services, including VAPI, Twilio, OpenAI, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Gemini, and Google Workspace, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.

Serve as a first responder for AI-powered solutions by triaging, diagnosing, and resolving system errors and incidents, often under tight timelines.

Proactively identify system vulnerabilities and design fault-tolerant, self-healing architectures to reduce downtime and manual intervention.

Collaborate closely with engineering and development teams to refine and optimize generative prompts, improving the quality, accuracy, and relevance of AI agent outputs.

Enforce and ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies, including strict adherence to HIPAA regulations across all AI systems, workflows, and data pipelines.

Continuously monitor the health, performance, and scalability of AI systems, models, and supporting infrastructure, implementing preventative measures to ensure reliability and uptime.

Provide on-call operational support during AI agent service windows, which may extend beyond standard business hours, to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

Develop, maintain, and continuously improve clear, high-quality, and discoverable technical documentation for systems, integrations, and operational procedures to support knowledge sharing and team efficiency.

Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and applicable federal and state regulations.

Promptly report any observed or suspected violations of company policies or codes of conduct.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
-
Strong understanding of core AI and machine learning concepts, including model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
-
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and modern AI tooling.
-
Experience working with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, or AWS.
-
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider, preferably Google Cloud or Azure.
-
Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data processing technologies.
-
Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Voice AI technologies.

Proven experience integrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting third-party systems and APIs.
-
Strong proficiency in either Python or C#.

Experience designing and supporting RESTful APIs with an emphasis on resilient, fault-tolerant system design.

Experience with workflow orchestration and automation tools such as Workato, Make, or n8n, ideally supporting agentic or AI-driven workflows.

Ability to produce clear, comprehensive, and user-friendly technical documentation.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Demonstrated ability to follow written instructions and effectively use computers, software applications, and technical tools.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured, fact-based approach to addressing business and technical challenges.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to drive tasks and initiatives to completion.
