Payroll Administrator
Location: Bend, OR (Onsite)
Employment Type: Direct Hire or Contract-to-Hire
Compensation: $65,000 – $70,000
Start Date: Immediate / As soon as available
Position Overview
A growing organization backed by a larger parent company is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to support end-to-end payroll operations for a team of approximately 50 employees. This is a hands-on, onsite role ideal for a payroll professional with strong ADP Workforce Now experience who can step in quickly and take ownership of payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities

Process accurate and timely payroll for hourly and salaried employees

Administer payroll using ADP Workforce Now

Manage time and attendance, including ADP Essential Time Product

Maintain and administer time-off / PTO tracking within ADP Workforce Now

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations

Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee payroll-related questions

Maintain payroll records and documentation

Partner with HR and leadership to support payroll-related initiatives
Required Qualifications

5 years of payroll administration experience

Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (required)

Experience with ADP Time & Attendance and Essential Time Product

Experience managing time-off modules within ADP Workforce Now

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Ability to work onsite in Bend, OR
