Job Title: Project Manager
Terms: 6 month contract  to Hire, 120K upon conversion 
Location: (Hybrid) – Must sit onsite 4 days per week in Nashville, TN
Pay Rate: $65/hr.  

As a Project Manager, you will have experience in leading and managing projects through their entire life cycle, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document project requirements
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Use Smartsheet software to track progress and communicate project status
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
  • Monitor and report on project metrics, including budget, schedule, and scope
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Must have experience leading site builds for healthcare facilities
  • 5 years of experience as a project manager
  • Experience with agile methodologies and Smartsheet software
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software
  • Experience in the software development life cycle
