Interim SFA or Finance Manager POST NUMBER: 470540
Our client, a leading cybersecurity software company, is seeking an Interim Senior Financial Analyst / Finance Manager to provide critical FP&A support during an organizational transition.
This is a hybrid role, with in?office expectations 4 days per week. This engagement has an expected duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands?on FP&A support for G&A functions, including HR, Legal, IT, Finance, and Facilities.
- Lead and support month?end close activities, including variance analysis, reconciliations, and reporting deliverables.
- Partner with functional leaders to support forecasting, budgeting, and ongoing financial planning.
- Support headcount planning and cost management, including tracking and reconciling staffing across multiple G&A teams.
- Build and maintain financial models and reporting tools using Excel and FP&A planning systems.
- Validate data and produce reporting outputs using planning tools such as Adaptive Planning (or comparable systems).
- Support purchase requisitions and approval workflows.
- Operate independently with minimal ramp time, proactively identifying issues and recommending solutions.
- Serve as a short?term stabilizing resource during team transition, with potential for extension depending on business needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in FP&A at the Senior Analyst or Finance Manager level.
- Strong experience supporting G&A functions in fast?paced environments.
- Advanced Excel skills, including modeling, lookups, and data validation.
- Experience with FP&A planning tools such as Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Hyperion, or similar.
