Vaco has a great opportunity for a Customer Experience Representative in Jacksonville, Florida. This role serves as an important point of contact between customers and external partners, providing timely updates, answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive overall customer experience.
The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, is a strong problem solver, and can successfully manage a high volume of customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Provide timely updates regarding service status and results
- Educate customers on services, processes, and next steps
- Deliver professional and empathetic customer support
Problem Resolution
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns within established service expectations
- Provide first-call resolution whenever possible
- Research routine and complex issues and follow through to resolution
- Escalate concerns appropriately when additional assistance is required
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer issues
Documentation & Follow-Up
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions
- Track open issues and ensure timely follow-up
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and communicate insights to leadership
- Maintain accuracy while managing multiple priorities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with CRM or contact center platforms such as Salesforce, Genesys, or similar systems
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Typing speed of 60 WPM
- Experience in a high-volume customer service or call center environment
