Operations Supervisor - Integrated Products POST NUMBER: 471924
A growing North American manufacturing organization is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily production activities within a defined value stream.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and enjoys developing teams while driving operational excellence.
Surrey, BC | 100% On-Site
Full-Time, Salary range (DOE): 100-115K/y
You will oversee Team Leads and Operators, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of daily production schedules while partnering closely with the Operations Manager to maintain workflow, remove bottlenecks, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily production execution to meet safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency targets
Supervise and coach Team Leads and Operators, fostering accountability and teamwork
Ensure adherence to build schedules and takt time
Monitor KPIs such as output, defects, downtime, and attendance
Lead Tier 2 daily management meetings
Coordinate with Planning, Materials, Quality, and Maintenance to ensure production readiness
Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Promote Lean practices, 5S, and standard work
Qualifications
3 years experience in manufacturing or production environments
1 year leadership experience (formal or informal)
Strong understanding of takt time, visual management, and standard work
Experience with ERP systems, Excel, or production dashboards
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
A degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
