Vaco Arizona is hiring an IT Recruiter for a top company in Tempe! This is a hybrid, contract opportunity offering competitive pay of up to $40/hour. This role is perfect for someone who has strong experience recruiting within a corporate tech environment and can manage multiple technical requisitions with efficiency and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of IT and technical roles (e.g., developers, engineers, analysts, infrastructure, and support positions)
Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand technical requirements, team needs, and hiring timelines
Source top talent using a mix of job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and proactive outreach strategies
Screen and evaluate candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-ups
Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Stay up to date on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive talent landscapes within IT

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience recruiting for IT/technical roles within a corporate environment
Strong understanding of technical skill sets, roles, and terminology
