Contracts Administrator
Temporary (6 months covering a leave) | Onsite, Monrovia | $35- $42/hr
Overview
Our client, a nationally recognized retail organization with a large technology footprint, is seeking an experienced IT Contracts Administrator to support its IT Finance & Procurement team. This role will focus on the administration, review, redlining, tracking, and execution of technology-related contracts and vendor agreements that support business operations across the organization.
This is a hands-on opportunity for a contracts professional with experience supporting IT procurement, SaaS/software agreements, technology vendors, contract lifecycle management, legal operations, or vendor management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable stepping into an established process with minimal training.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and process a high volume of technology and vendor agreements
- Review and redline contracts, amendments, renewals, NDAs, SOWs, service agreements, and licensing agreements
- Support contracts related to SaaS platforms, software subscriptions, technology services, and IT vendors
- Coordinate contract execution and approval workflows with internal stakeholders
- Track contract milestones, renewal dates, notice periods, expirations, and compliance obligations
- Maintain accurate contract repositories, records, documentation, and reporting
- Partner with IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and vendor stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle
- Support vendor onboarding activities and required compliance documentation
- Assist with audits, reporting requests, and contract-related analysis
- Ensure contracts move efficiently from review through final execution
- Manage competing priorities and multiple agreements simultaneously
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, contract analysis, procurement, legal operations, or a related field
- Experience reviewing and redlining contracts required
- Experience supporting IT, SaaS, software, technology, vendor, or commercial agreements strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of contract terminology and contract lifecycle processes
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently with limited direction
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems
- Experience with DocuSign, Ariba, Jira, SAP, contract lifecycle management systems, or similar platforms is a plus
- Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or JD preferred but not required
