Project Coordinator (Contract)

Location: Los Angeles, Remote  (PST hours required)
Compensation: $25-$26/hr 
Duration: 3-month contract

Overview

We are partnering with a client in the Entertainment adjacent industry who is looking for a detail-oriented Project/Admin Coordinator to support an upcoming project. This is a project that requires heavy work in Excel and communication with both internal and external stakeholders. The work is administrative in nature but requires someone sharp, organized, and able to communicate clearly with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and project coordination support across a joint finance and legal program
  • Maintain and update Excel tracking files with accuracy and consistency
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via email, providing timely updates and follow-ups
  • Collect inputs from cross-functional teams and distribute updates to relevant parties
  • Handle confidential materials with professionalism and discretion

Requirements

  • Prior experience in an administrative or project coordination role
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and comfort in maintaining and updating existing tracking files are a must
  • Clear, professional written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment during PST hours
  • Ability to start ASAP
