Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Location: San Diego - Fully Remote
Salary: $90k-110k (DOE)
Responsibilities:
- Produce Go-To-Market (GTM) analytics and reporting, including forecasting, pipeline analysis, win/loss analysis, performance to quota, as well as marketing funnel performance against plan and industry benchmarks
- Calculate and forecast variable compensation for the GTM team
- Maintain and update consolidated and product level budgeting and forecasting models
- Provide analysis regarding period over period and actual vs. forecast performance
- Work with cost center owners to determine budgets, maintain and update these budgets throughout the year
- Partner with the cost center owners on the annual and quarterly planning processes including headcount, capacity and expense planning
- Identify and report on operating metrics and identify areas for improvement. Maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly dashboards, operating result packages and board materials
- Prepare management presentations for leadership to analyze results
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in finance, analytics, or revenue ops, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with a data-driven sales process
- Exposure to B2B SaaS businesses, metrics, and customer lifecycle.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Financial modeling experience and a willingness to dig into the details
- Bachelor’s in a related field degree required
