Position Overview
A financial services firm is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support high-net-worth clients with complex, multi-entity financial needs. This role blends accounting, client service, and operational coordination, requiring someone who can manage financial details while delivering a polished, high-touch client experience.
You’ll take ownership of day-to-day financial activities across multiple entities, act as a key point of contact for clients, and coordinate closely with external advisors. Responsibilities
- Manage accounting and financial activities across multiple entities, including LLCs, partnerships, and trusts
- Prepare customized financial statements and reports tailored to client needs
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and overall financial positioning
- Execute bill payments, tax payments, wires, and ACH transactions with precision
- Maintain clean, accurate, and organized financial records across complex structures
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling day-to-day requests and communications
- Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Collaborate with external partners including CPAs, attorneys, and advisors
- Support compliance requirements and maintain proper documentation
- Assist with internal projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- CPA required
- Strong accounting experience across multiple entities and complex financial structures
- Experience supporting or working with high-net-worth individuals or families preferred
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a professional, client-facing demeanor
- Proven ability to take ownership, manage priorities, and follow through
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems preferred
