We are partnering with a manufacturing company that is in the midst of an ERP integration with their parent company.  As a result, the accounting team is heavily involved in the transition, creating an immediate need for a hands-on Staff or Senior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations.

This is a 6–10 month contract opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and making an impact in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support full-cycle, day-to-day accounting operations during ERP transition
  • Manage A/R and A/P processes, including customer and vendor invoicing
  • Perform bank reconciliations, deposits, and cash management activities
  • Assist with month-end close, including account reconciliations (cash, inventory, AR, AP)
  • Maintain accuracy of financial data and trial balance prior to submission to corporate
  • Partner with internal team members to ensure timely and accurate reporting across two manufacturing sites
  • Assist with ad hoc accounting needs as the business navigates integration efforts
What You’ll Be Working With
  • Lean local team: Controller administrative support
  • Plant-level data provided by operations teams (no on-site plant accountants)
  • ERP: Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
Qualifications
  • 3–7 years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience a plus)
  • Strong foundation in GL accounting, month-end close, and reconciliations
  • Hands-on experience with AP/AR, cash, and inventory accounting
  • Comfortable working in a lean, onsite environment with shifting priorities
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar ERP preferred
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
