Talent Sourcing Specialist (Recruiting Support Role) POST NUMBER: 477221
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail?oriented Talent Sourcing Specialist to support our recruiting team by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential candidates for a variety of roles across the organization. This position focuses on the front end of the recruiting process—research, outreach, and candidate pipeline development—without managing full?cycle hiring responsibilities.
You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs, build targeted sourcing strategies, and ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and sourcing priorities
- Conduct proactive research to identify potential candidates through job boards, social platforms, databases, and industry networks
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Craft outreach messages and engage passive candidates to generate interest
- Screen candidates for basic qualifications before passing them to recruiters
- Track sourcing activity, candidate responses, and pipeline progress in the applicant tracking system
- Monitor market trends and competitor talent movements to inform sourcing strategies
- Support diversity sourcing initiatives and broaden candidate reach
- Maintain organized documentation of sourcing efforts and candidate pools
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, or related HR support roles
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, or similar platforms
- Strong research skills and the ability to identify talent across multiple channels
- Excellent written communication skills for outreach and candidate engagement
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects at once
- Detail?oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast?paced environment
- Curiosity and persistence in finding hard?to?reach talent
