Key Responsibilities
- Monthly & Quarterly Accruals — Partner with internal business leaders and budget owners to prepare accurate accruals across multiple departments.
- Prepaid Expense Management — Prepare schedules and supporting calculations for prepaid assets.
- Journal Entry Preparation — Post journal entries, monthly accruals, and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Month?End Close Support — Assist with close activities and contribute to process improvements that enhance scalability.
- AP Platform Implementation — Support project work related to the rollout of a new AP system and related internal controls.
- Audit Support — Liaise with external auditors and provide required documentation for quarterly and annual audits.
- Cross?Functional Collaboration — Provide flexible support to the finance and executive teams on ad?hoc requests.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience; public accounting experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Analytical and detail?oriented, with the ability to manage large volumes of information efficiently.
- Comfortable in a fast?paced, high?growth environment with shifting priorities.
- Solid understanding of GAAP; CPA highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel; experience with NetSuite or SAP preferred.
