Senior Accountant / Bookkeeper
A growing property services and maintenance company in the Nashville area is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Senior Accountant / Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations. This individual will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with reporting, and supporting overall accounting processes as the company continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records within QuickBooks Online
- Support budgeting and basic forecasting efforts
- Coordinate with external CPA firm on annual reporting and tax-related items
- Assist with accounting support for multiple related entities, including commercial and residential real estate holdings
- Help streamline accounting and operational processes as the company grows
Qualifications
- 3 years of bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles
- Experience with month-end close processes
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently in a small team setting
- Prior experience within construction, property management, real estate, or related industries is a plus
- CPA designation is a plus, but not required
Software Experience
- QuickBooks Online required
- Experience with Jobber and/or Yardi is preferred
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills required
