What We're Looking For
We are building a high-impact Technical Program Management capability to deliver most critical enterprise initiatives. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex, cross-functional programs that span engineering, product, security, and business teams. You will operate in high-ambiguity environments, bringing structure, clarity, and execution discipline to initiatives that are critical to the company’s growth, scalability, and transformation. This role has true enterprise-wide scope, partnering not only across technical teams but also with key business functions including HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment, coordination, and successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the organisation. This role is designed for experienced TPMs who can operate across multiple domains and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes in complex environments.In This Role, You Will:
What You Bring to the Table
- 10–12 years leading complex technical programs in large-scale or high-growth environments
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-level, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong understanding of software development and technical systems
- Experience operating in ambiguity and driving clarity
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Ability to align and influence across engineering and business functions
- Structured, systems-thinking mindset with a focus on outcomes
- Experience in regulated or security-focused environments is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Scrum, Agile, or related project management certifications
- A degree in a technical or engineering discipline
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification
- Experience using JIRA or similar project tracking tools
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional team environments

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
