Compensation: $125-$160/annually
Job Summary / Objective
The FP&A Manager will play a crucial role in financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting. This position requires a strong analytical background, financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams across the organization.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Enhance predictive analytics and data visibility by implementing and using data and business intelligence tools to enable informed and proactive decision-making.
- Utilize advanced SQL skills to create complex queries for data extraction, ensuring data integrity and performance using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, including preparation, consolidation, and presentation of budgets and forecasts.
- Develop and enhance financial models to support strategic initiatives and long-term planning.
- Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets.
- Provide insightful recommendations to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Partner with department heads to develop KPIs and financial targets to support business objectives.
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and the Board highlighting variances and trends.
- Conduct thorough analysis of financial results to uncover insights and identify risks and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Manage the FP&A team to ensure that deliverables are met.
Qualifications/ Education/experience Required:
- Bachelors in Business Management, Finance, or Accounting
- Masters in Business Administration Preferred
- CPA Certification-Preferred
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems and database management (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server)
