Business Analyst
Our Client (a dynamic company in the Revenue space) is seeking a Data/Business Analyst to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for growth within the Revenue team. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll play a crucial role in data analysis, sales operations, and supporting the Revenue team.
Key Responsibilities & Skillsets:
- General Business & Data Analyst Support:
- Review and clean up contracts up for renewal, verifying against revenue ops billing.
- Reconcile contract details in SFDC with other data sources, performing internal audit/research functions.
- Analyze data, report on errors, outliers, and exceptions.
- Gain a light understanding of revenue recognition to reconcile Deal Desk data with SFDC and other internal systems.
- Salesforce Admin/Infrastructure Support (Nice-to-Have/Learning on the Job):
- Implement and maintain information architecture (Objects, Fields, Page Layouts, Record Types, Automations).
- Address change requirements from Sales, Legal, and other teams.
- Handle changes to Salesforce CPQ based on packaging/pricing model updates.
- Troubleshoot system integrations (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, etc.) and perform data cleansing.
- Address Marketing needs for Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and HubSpot sync settings.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of business, operational financial, data analysis, reporting experience: Strong data-centric background.
- Hands-on experience with SFDC and general sales operations: Interest in GTM finance models and Demand Generation.
- Revenue recognition, reconciliation, and audit skills: Ability to analyze data and identify exceptions.
- Curiosity about data and strong communication skills: Translate data into actionable insights.
- Project management skills: Ability to align talent, plan, budget, and adapt to different team functionalities.
- Experience with systems (SFDC, HubSpot, Salesly, Vidyard): Advanced Excel skills are essential.
- SaaS or software industry experience: Familiarity with the tech landscape.

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
