Financial Analyst
Supported pricing strategy, financial reporting, and business analysis activities to enable data-driven decision-making and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepared and delivered pricing proposals and cost analyses to support business development and sales initiatives.
- Monitored market trends and pricing dynamics, recommending adjustments to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
- Reviewed sales and procurement transactions to ensure pricing accuracy and margin integrity.
- Maintained vendor pricing information and related data within enterprise business systems.
- Assisted with incentive, rebate, and accrual management processes, including tracking and reconciliation activities.
- Produced recurring financial and operational reports while ensuring compliance with internal policies and controls.
- Identified opportunities to improve reporting, pricing, and data management processes through system enhancements and workflow optimization.
- Performed ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Approximately 4 years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, reporting, or related business functions.
- Professional accounting designation (completed or in progress) considered an asset.
- Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and business intelligence/reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
