Compensation: Competitive Base Salary of $180k Bonus (DOE)
We are partnering with a rapidly growing, highly respected international professional services organization to identify a Finance Controller. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity offering significant visibility to executive leadership and the ability to influence both strategic and operational decision-making across the business.
The Finance Controller will lead the accounting and financial operations function, oversee a remote accounting team, and serve as a key business partner to leadership as the organization continues its growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead all accounting and financial operations activities
* Manage and develop a remote accounting team
* Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
* Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
